Meet Mélanie today, our Marketing and E-Commerce Manager. She joined Merci Maman back in 2009 when Beatrice – the founder – and her kitchen table were no longer enough to take care of everything. Melanie first came to help while Beatrice was expecting her third child and was in charge of customer service. 4 years later she is now taking care of our website to make sure all our personalised gifts are easy for you to order and spoil your loved ones with.
“It was hard to pick my favourite product as I have so many now that I’ve been working at Merci Maman for 4 years. But for the past few months, it has been my Personalised Charm Chain Necklace. I have a disc charm on it saying “Entente Cordiale” in between an Eiffel Tower charm representing my French roots, and our new crown charm representing my foster country, England. It was originally an idea from my boyfriend who’s English as ‘Entente Cordiale’ has become our motto and it represents how I’ve grown to love both countries in equal measure. Also it’s perfect for everyday wear and goes with any outfit so I end up wearing it pretty much every single day!”
