Today meet Rahima, who prepares our embroidered products and personalises towels, bathrobes, little director’s chairs or lanyards with the names of your loved ones. She works hand in hand with our Quality Manager Daniela – well not literally “hand in hand” as they need both hands to prepare your presents – to make sure every gift is prepared to perfection.
